Class Act's Co-Founders
Tiffany McPherson
As a devoted student of rhetoric and a lifelong learner, I can’t think of a better way to practice my craft than working with aspiring physicians. It takes a great deal of trust and collaboration to create an effective Match Application strategy together, so I’m always happy to talk and ensure we’re a good fit before getting started.
My consulting approach is backed by a decade of experience working 1-on-1 with applicants from around the world. I am a Match expert AND an accomplished writer with a unique background in academics/curriculum, business, and teaching. I will support you through Match Day however I can, and I will always prioritize your personal goals in my work.

Since 2009, my career has been dedicated to helping medical graduates achieve their residency and fellowship aspirations. I take a holistic, creative approach to life, and I enjoy bringing that same perspective into the consulting space. Through years of education, resource development, training, and advising, I’ve learned what truly enables match applicants to succeed.
Today, it’s my privilege to help the next generation of physicians reach their full potential through personalized, one-on-one guidance. My goal is to leverage that experience to help you tell your story, stand out for the right reasons, and make a lasting impression on residency programs.
