It all starts with an in-depth onboarding process unique to Class Act. First, we’ll study your applicant profile and get to know you during a 90-minute intensive session. Next, your consultant will develop a strategic approach and guide you through a customized process that highlights your strengths and maximizes your competitiveness.
Drawing from years of experience, we optimize each document’s impact, presenting a broad and incredibly detailed picture of who you are and what you’ve done…and why programs should rank you to match.
As your application develops, you’ll meet with your consultant virtually during flex-hour sessions and enjoy unlimited support via phone/text.

Our work together starts with a candid discussion about your background, experiences, and goals. We'll address any challenges head-on and identify opportunities to strengthen your application. Together, we will review specialty-specific approaches for your CV, personal statement, and supporting documents. Our session concludes with a defined timeline and action plan to optimize your application process.
3 Hours Flex Consulting
Schedule focused 30/60-minute sessions whenever you need strategic guidance during your application process. Use this time to review your personal statement, refine your CV, discuss letter of recommendation strategy, or address any questions about ERAS and the Match. These flexible sessions ensure you have expert support at every critical decision point.
75-Minute Program Research + Signaling Consult
Learn effective strategies for conducting thorough program research and organizing your findings. We'll review available resources, discuss their strengths and limitations, and cover practical methods for tracking program details. The session also includes a detailed discussion of signal strategy tailored to your applicant profile and specialty.
Holistic CV Brainstorming, Development, and Polishing
Transform your experiences into compelling content through guided collaboration. We'll work together to develop detailed descriptions of your 10 core experiences, plus craft responses for all supplemental components including geographic preferences, setting preferences, meaningful experiences, hobbies, and an impactful experience (if applicable). The final product aligns with ERAS or CAS format, ensuring seamless transfer of your content into the application system.
Full Service PS Brainstorming, Development, and Polishing
Transform your experiences into compelling content through guided collaboration. We'll work together to develop detailed descriptions of your 10 core experiences, plus craft responses for all supplemental components including geographic preferences, setting preferences, meaningful experiences, hobbies, and an impactful experience (if applicable). Adaptation of your core personal statement tailored for different program types. 1 research/university-focused narrative, 1 community program version, and 3 customized versions for your top/signaled programs. Each adaptation thoughtfully highlights relevant experiences and demonstrates genuine interest in the program's specific features and mission.
LoRs: Drafting (x1) - OR - Revision (x2)
Choose between full development of 1 letter of recommendation or revision of 2 existing drafts. We'll ensure your letters highlight your strengths and align with residency program expectations.
75-Minute Pre-Submission Application Review
Comprehensive review of your complete ERAS/CAS application before submission. This session is focused on ensuring consistency, impact, and alignment of your application documents, including identifying any areas needing final enhancements or adjustments.
Comprehensive Interview Prep
Letters (x2 each): Interest + Thank You + Intent
Strategic development of your letters of interest, post-interview thank you notes, and letters of intent. Each letter will be crafted to communicate your genuine interest.
Unlimited Revision for Post-App Secondaries
Ongoing support for all secondary application materials after ERAS/CAS submission. We'll help refine your responses to program-specific questions, ensuring a consistent voice throughout your application.
60-Minute ROL + Match Week Guidance
Focused consultation on creating your rank order list and understanding Match week logistics. This consult covers ranking strategies, program evaluation criteria, and prepares you for each phase of Match week, including SOAP.
Full SOAP Support
If unmatched, your consultant will be available throughout SOAP week to provide support, answer questions, and help navigate the process. Includes personal statement adaptation if needed.
