It all starts with an in-depth onboarding process unique to Class Act. First, we’ll study your applicant profile and get to know you during a 90-minute intensive session. Next, your consultant will develop a strategic approach and guide you through a customized process that highlights your strengths and maximizes your competitiveness.

3 Hours Flex Consulting

Schedule focused 30/60-minute sessions whenever you need strategic guidance during your application process. Use this time to review your personal statement, refine your CV, discuss letter of recommendation strategy, or address any questions about ERAS and the Match. These flexible sessions ensure you have expert support at every critical decision point.

75-Minute Program Research + Signaling Consult

Learn effective strategies for conducting thorough program research and organizing your findings. We'll review available resources, discuss their strengths and limitations, and cover practical methods for tracking program details. The session also includes a detailed discussion of signal strategy tailored to your applicant profile and specialty.

Holistic CV Brainstorming, Development, and Polishing

Transform your experiences into compelling content through guided collaboration. We'll work together to develop detailed descriptions of your 10 core experiences, plus craft responses for all supplemental components including geographic preferences, setting preferences, meaningful experiences, hobbies, and an impactful experience (if applicable). The final product aligns with ERAS format, ensuring seamless transfer of your content into the application system.

Full Service PS Brainstorming, Development, and Polishing

Transform your story into a compelling narrative through our proven personal statement development process. After completing your PS Development Document, your consultant will study your background, experiences, and values before developing an outline for review during a dedicated consultation. Next, they’ll create the initial draft which is refined through ongoing collaboration until you’re completely satisfied. Our iterative approach ensures your path to medicine and your goals are conveyed with authenticity and purpose. You’ll receive two polished versions of your personal statement: one tailored for community programs and one for academic programs.

75-Minute Pre-Submission Application Review

Comprehensive review of your complete ERAS application before submission. This session is focused on ensuring consistency, impact, and alignment of your application documents, including identifying any areas needing final enhancements or adjustments.

Comprehensive Interview Prep

Includes 4 x 1-on-1 mock interview sessions with an experienced Class Act IV Prep Coach, access to a robust self-study curriculum, and a guided worksheet for response development. Your sessions are a blend of mock interview practice, response development for common and challenging questions, delivery refinement, and post-interview communication strategies.

Letters: 3 Interest + 2 Thank You + 1 Intent

Strategic development of your letters of interest, post-interview thank you notes, and letters of intent. Each letter will be crafted to communicate your genuine interest.

Unlimited Revision for Post-App Secondaries

Ongoing support for all secondary application materials after ERAS submission. We'll help refine your responses to program-specific questions, ensuring a consistent voice throughout your application.

30-Minute ROL + Match Week Guidance

A practical consultation on understanding the Rank Order List and Match Week process. We’ll review how ranking truly works, dispel common myths about “strategy,” and walk through what to expect during each phase of Match Week, including SOAP logistics.

If unmatched, your consultant will be available throughout SOAP week to provide support, answer questions, and help navigate the process. Includes personal statement adaptation if needed.
